Will You Require Vinyl Mastering? *

Vinyl records require a separate mastering process (after digital mastering) specifically for vinyl so it can be cut without added distortion, called vinyl mastering. Additionally, the master usually consists of two files, one for each side of the record, each file in the order of the vinyl record. The audio you submit should sound like how you want the record to sound. Vinyl mastering is typically in the range of $250 per side.

If your music contains any covers, pre-developed samples, or anything of that nature, your answer should be No. In this case, you will need to supply a Mechanical License so that appropriate royalties can be paid to the song’s publisher. If you click Yes, you are acknowledging that you are the owner of all IPR of all of the audio content related to this project.

Artwork, Print, & Approvals Disclaimers: *

-All artwork must be formatted and submitted using our templates. Please note that we do not conduct any spell checks on your proofs. -Please double check artwork proof before approving. Multiple re-proofs may incur additional charges. Approvals are considered final, and your order will begin production upon receipt of proof approval. Changes requested after approval are not guaranteed, and will incur additional charges/delays. -Slight discoloration on center labels is possible due to the required baking/drying process, as well as the extreme heat and pressure within the pressing processes. -Colors on artwork files, print proofs and actual print may vary. Colors may vary between computer screens and the final printed product due to monitor calibration and printing processes. Print on “reverse" or "uncoated card/board" may appear "duller" than proof represents, as inks are absorbed into card/board. Please be aware results can be unpredictable.

Physical Records & Test Pressings Disclaimers: *

-Record colors on our website and physical record copies may vary due to different media. -Physical product colors and finishes may vary. -Due to the nature of light colored vinyl records, some units may exhibit slight color contamination. This occurs when PVC residue becomes lodged in the machine, and due to the lighter color of vinyl, it is more visible. Please be assured that these imperfections are cosmetic and do not impact the sound quality of the record. -Please be advised that occasional skipping of records can occur during playback, and is often a result of factors such as turntable quality, stylus condition, or setup issues. It is essential to use a high-quality, properly calibrated turntable to ensure optimal performance and minimize the risk of skips. We are not responsible for skipping or playback issues that occur when using inexpensive or improperly set up equipment. -Please note that if test pressings are approved despite the presence of a known skip or playback issue, we will not be held responsible for the recurrence of such issues in the final production run. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect and approve test pressings prior to final production. Any defects, including skips, identified during this phase will be considered approved, and we cannot assume liability for these issues in the completed order. -Tracks begin with gentle tones and progress into dynamic sections, which could include drums and/or bass, tend to feature wider grooves. Inadequate calibration or a lightweight tonearm may face challenges in accurately tracking these broader grooves, leading to instances of skipping during playback.
